Cleaning & Laundry - Full changeover
Service Description
Our standard service includes: (1) The property is photographed and inspected on arrival with any damage or items not working noted. The property is then photographed on completion of the clean / changeover. A report is emailed to the host within 24 hours. (2) The room / property will be given a standard clean of all rooms. Please ask if you would like more details about what is included in our standard or our deep clean service. This information is also on the website. (3) Host Bedding and Towels At the end of a guest stay All Things Clean will take away all host used towels and bedding to be professionally laundered. A fresh set of host towels and bedding will be put out in the room/property. Once laundered clean host towels and bedding will be returned to the property within 72 hours. All Things Clean Hired Bedding and Towels All Things Clean will complete a changeover and put out fresh and clean bedding and towels. We will collect used bedding and towels on the check out date or if over a weekend this may be collected on the Monday morning. If the changeover is back to back then used bedding will be collected and a fresh set will be put out ready for the next guest. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking we require a minimum of 48 hours notice or full payment is still due. Any changeovers due to take place on Monday will need to be cancelled by the previous Thursday at 5pm. All cancellations need to be emailed to allthingspropertyplus@gmail.com. Full payment is required for damaged / stained bedding or towels that is provided by All Things Clean. This will be reported to the host by email within 24 hours of the changeover.
